YOU GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO SUE THE OPERATOR OR JOIN ANY CLASS ACTION.
You irrevocably release the Operator, the school, Odoo SA, and all affiliated parties from any claims arising from: Site use or inability to use, technical failures, data loss, errors in Resources, academic consequences, or third-party conduct.
You covenant not to sue. If you do, you pay all legal fees (indemnity basis).
You accept all risks including outages, mistakes, or unauthorised account access due to your own negligence.
All disputes must be brought individually.
The Operator may permanently ban you for any reason or no reason. Grounds include: copying Resources, sharing login info, harassment, security testing, VPN use, school tech rule violations.
No warning, no appeal. Bans cover username, IP, email, devices. Attempting to create a new account after ban is a separate violation for legal action.
You must provide real name, student ID, and accurate email. No pseudonyms. Account is non‑transferable. You are liable for all activity under your account. If you suspect a breach, notify Operator within 2 hours – otherwise it's considered negligent sharing.
All Resources are exclusive property of the Operator. No rights are transferred. Copying, derivative works, or republishing violates these Terms and applicable laws.
Operator may change these Terms at any time without individual notice. "Last Updated" date changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
Violations may lead towards: Blacklist, Kick for WhatsApp group, permanent cut-off from 1 Patience website completely
The Site and Resources are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". No warranties of uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free service.
In no event shall Released Parties be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed $1.00 USD.
These ToS are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in courts located in Singapore. You waive any objection based on forum non conveniens.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Sections 1 (No-Sharing), 2 (Waiver), 3 (Banning), 5 (IP), 7 (Damages), 9 (Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) survive termination or ban.
These ToS, together with any school‑specific addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Site.
